The TITS is an IFAK medical pouch intended to be mounted through the opening of the rear plate pocket. This placement reduces the pressure on your lower back compared to a belt-mounted kit when seated. The TITS also has an open-ended design that allows for ambidextrous access from both sides of a casualty.

The initial concept was designed by some guys much cooler than us operating in Syria, who needed a solution for quick deployment and comfort whilst moving mounted. It's a proven design, however, we have slightly increased the capacity of the external sleeve and added black crosses on each side to match Australian SOPs. We have completely redeveloped the internal pouch to improve capacity and compatibility with common med stores. We've also given the pouch a worse name.

The TITS can also be mounted on the front of a plate carrier, a battle belt or a 2008 Commodore SS modified with a hook and loop interface.

Will also fit 2x SAM seals however they are big boys and you may have to sacrifice other med stores. Hyfins recommended.
