What are your domestic shipping rates?
All items are shipped via our carrier Sendle.
Shipping starts from $5.69 and increases based on weight and location. All shipping is calculated prior to checkout.
Australian domestic orders over $100 ship for free!
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Return Questions
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted under the below conditions, to being your return process, email sales@regentspear.com
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, undamaged and contain all components.
- Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping Costs will not be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item.
- Returns must be declared to us prior to mailing and please include a note with your order number on it.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion based on terms above.
My product is falling apart, what is your warranty?
We will replace your product free of charge if it is not up to standard. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and does not cover misuse, inappropriate use, and wear and tear.
Can I refund custom orders?
No, however we will offer to replace your product free of charge if it is not up to standard.
Custom Order Questions
Can you make a custom design for us?
Yes, we can offer design consultation on a case by case basis. If our in house designer is unavailable, we will connect you with a designer.

Do you offer a defence or law enforcement discount?
As a majority of our customers are service members, we unfortunately do not offer a discount. We maintain very competitive rates against our competitors.
