Returns Policy

Returns are accepted under the below conditions, to being your return process, email sales@regentspear.com

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, undamaged and contain all components.
• Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Shipping Costs will not be refunded.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item.
• Returns must be declared to us prior to mailing and please include a note with your order number on it.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion based on terms above. 

Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Regent Spear Field Equipment comes with a fully transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty. If your product breaks under normal conditions (such as during training, combat, or regular wear and tear), we will repair or replace it. However, damage caused by negligence is not covered.

To file a warranty claim, please send photos of the damaged item to sales@regentspear.com, along with your order number if available, and we will make it right.

• Any modifications made to your products will void the warranty. 
• Clothing and merchandise are not covered by a warranty.
