Our hero now awaits his last moments, with his final rupees spent on potions at the Mad Cow and now nothing but regrets to defend himself from the demon horde. But what’s this? A dark cave with an old man in it? Our hero has seen this movie before but still bravely ventures forward.

An old wise NCO wizard lights the cave pyres with an inferno ignited with a gentle wave of his hand. He speaks to our hero, “It’s dangerous to go alone, take this.”

Our hero’s eyes well up with emotions as he now knows he has been saved.
